Lani Shearer-moore (AKA The director)

My name is Lani, I am a diploma trained Early Childhood Educator with over 10 years experience within the Eary Childhood sector, currently employed on Worimi Land.
 
I will never stop being appreciative of being part of such an incredible centre and team, and I feel so grateful to now experience it both as a mum of two beautiful children, and as an educator.
 
My teaching practice is grounded in inclusion, creative arts, anti-bias education, and diversity, with a strong focus on emotional intelligence and empowering children to use their voices to create change.
 
I truly believe that meaningful partnerships with families are at the heart of children’s success, and I really value working alongside both parents and their children to create a connected, supportive learning journey.
