Natalie Youd (AKA Boss Lady)
Hi everyone. My name is Nat. I have been working in Early Childhood since I was a teenager. I studied my Early Childhood and Primary Teaching Degree when I finished school and was fortunate to secure a job at SCCC after my studies and am coming up to my 10th year here.
I have also been a foster carer where I have learnt a lot about trauma and additional needs, and how strategies can help reshape a child’s life. I love brain development, relationships and the power of play and feel honoured to help shape our young people to become happy, healthy, lifelong learners.
As Centre Educational Leader, it excites me to work alongside our amazing educators to further support their learning in the profession and how they plan for young children’s learning.
